Aymeric Dreux

The Chef & His Brigade

At the age of 14, Aymeric Dreux discovered a passion for cooking. At 18, he moved to Paris and joined the Robuchon galaxy, where he perfected his art. His career continued alongside the famous sommelier Philippe Faure-Brac, recognized as one of the best in the world.

In 2009, Aymeric realized his dream by opening his first business, the gourmet restaurant Le Bouche à Oreille. Then, in 2020, he opened the hotel complex: La Maison des Blés.

Today, accompanied by his wife, they are surrounded by a brigade of around twenty employees.

Aymeric continues to share his creativity and his love for gastronomy, offering each visitor an unforgettable experience.
